Machine Description:
- Four to six operators can sit on either side of the conveyor belt to prepare materials and hot melt adhesive, then directly place the hot melt adhesive onto the conveyor belt.
- When the hot melt adhesive is applied to the fabric or other materials, the operator places it directly onto the conveyor belt. Subsequently, the material is conveyed into the machine for automatic lamination through hot rolling.
- This machine does not require an operator for hydraulic pressing.
- This machine uses a pneumatic model and allows for belt speed adjustment.
Working Principle:
The decorative material is placed on the shoe upper and then laminated by hot air pressure rolling.

- Automatic serpentine correction device ensures the normal operation of the conveyor belt.
- The use of seamless Teflon conveyor belts extends service life and improves bonding effects.
- Special heating wires maintain a reasonable temperature difference between the sides and the center.
- Six-layer temperature control detection system in the front, middle, and rear; the upper and lower sections can be selected according to different pieces, using advanced PID temperature control and solid-state relays (SSR) for precise temperature control.
- Pneumatic pressing ensures more uniform pressure and easier, more precise adjustment.
- A cooling device is installed at the material collecting end to ensure rapid cooling and shaping of the pieces.
